Good Shepherd Richmond Church is a growing parish of the Anglican Network in Canada and is evangelical in faith, liturgical in worship, and inter-generational in ministry. The congregation is composed primarily of Cantonese-speaking families and individuals, with English-speaking children and youths that are either born or raised in Canada.

Anson was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved with his family to Vancouver in 1992. For 10 years, he lived in the U.S. and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and worked as a software engineer and scientist in Boston. God called him into full-time ministry, so he came back to Vancouver to obtain his Master of Divinity from Regent College. He previously served at Good Shepherd Vancouver for 8 years as their Associate Priest. Now he is the Rector of Good Shepherd Richmond. He is married to Charis and they have three lovely daughters Alethia, Sophia, and Kolpia.
